I don't get it

I flip-flop in and out of it

I keep losing it

I'm stuck in my mind.

It can't go anywhere

it's what you are

it's nearer than near.

Pay closer attention

to your quiet spaces

and your still places

and rest there on the threshold

of your own Self.
